2. To be able to identify the signs and symptoms of suicide ideation and to know how to deal with attempts if they happen
3. To learn the psychology behind self-harming behaviour and to know how we can best support an individual who is struggling with this
4. To gain an understanding of ligatures, ligature points and ligature risk
5. To know how to increase self-care behaviours, the level of support, and emotional and psychological resilience for the people you care for, yourself, and your colleagues
6. To have a robust understanding of the risks involved with self-harming behaviour and how to adequately risk assess situations
