Drawing on years of experience, we help you to support individuals who may be struggling with challenging behaviours and psychological and emotional difficulties; difficulties that are often rooted in trauma and unmet needs.
With a passionate commitment to making life easier, better, and more positive for all concerned, we provide specialist training and consulting for residential homes, schools, and other organisations seeking to improve their operations, upgrade their outcomes, and to meet (and exceed) regulatory requirements.
We are dedicated to safeguarding our most vulnerable individuals UK wide, and use a trauma and neurodivergence informed approach to create emotional and psychological safety for all. In a nutshell, we help you in your mission to excel and to make a difference where it’s most needed.
We have six training courses available. All six courses provide a robust induction programme into the role of a care giver or educator to a child with complex needs. Each course is a day of training and can be delivered on an individual basis, however we recommend purchasing the courses on a package basis.
Not only do we offer discounted prices on the packages, but the courses are designed to work together to aid understanding, practical application, and retention on the content covered.
The courses focus on 3 major areas: Safeguarding, Trauma and Neurodivergent Informed Care, and Creating Psychological Safety For Others (EDI). The discounted packages we offer are as follows: 3 courses / days for Advanced Safeguarding, 2 courses / days for Trauma and Neurodivergence Informed Care. We also offer a discounted package rate for all 6 courses / days. Details on each training course including the Learning Objectives of each are found after the link
We provide bespoke workshops for you and your teams, helping you to improve your practise and your outcomes, and solving any issues you may have.

Areas we Cover

From safeguarding and trauma-informed practice to behaviour support and bespoke workshops, we deliver practical, high-quality solutions tailored to your needs.
Our service area includes:
Stockport • Manchester • Liverpool • Leeds • Birmingham • North Wales
We also support many other areas on request
We mainly come to you - you can provide or source your own venue suitable for the number of staff members you will have present, or we can arrange an online session for your staff. Throughout the year we may hold scheduled online training and training sessions held at a venue in the Greater Manchester area, that you could book your staff onto, at a cost per head.
We are happy to train up to 40 learners per session, providing the venue is suitable for this
Venues should be large enough to seat the number of learners present, have a screen with speakers that the powerpoint can be run through (televisions are fine for this), and be suitable for the accessibility needs of each learner.
Please let us know of any additional needs prior to the training or workshop session so that we can fully accommodate them, where possible, and seamlessly integrate the staff member into the session. It is better to have this information beforehand to avoid any unnecessary embarrassment on their behalf, to make the session fully accessible and beneficial for all your staff, and to reduce any need for them to explain their requirements during the session.
All costs will be discussed with you and agreed prior to the session taking place. We will agree on a price that meets the requirements of your session and our trainer, and you will receive a clear itemised invoice prior to the session taking place via email, which you will respond to via email, confirming mutual agreement.
All costs are agreed in advance; you will receive an invoice for the service or training course / package you have decided upon prior to it taking place. Once the session has taken place you have 28 days to pay the invoice in full. Any payments made after 28 days, unless agreed upon, will incur a late payment fee.
